CSchool::getUsedIPs

Description: Gets the IPs that are managed by the Kerberos/LDAP or the FreeIPA server.
Parameter:

• intIPs: Set to true, to return the IPs as int values.
• allM23IPs: Set to true, to get all IPs that are handled by m23.

Returns:

• Array with used IPs.
